Staying complaint with privacy is also very important for online retailers. While many retailers have differing privacy policies, the key is to make it clear and complete. Make sure your privacy policy informs people visiting your site about all the information you collect, who it’s shared with, and how you use it.

Small-to-medium sized business are under pressure from large, omnichannel retailers. There are a range of free and paid tools that help teams keep on the same page. Slack, Yammer, HipChat, and even Google Docs are a few to consider.
